For me, my most wanted features are the yield of older furniture. As nice as the things in New Horizons seem, I feel sometimes like that they wanted everything to look like a model house; scrutinizing in New Leaf felt much more personal and real and somewhat less like creating a set for an Ikea catalog.
I haven’t managed to play regularly at all because I got a new job about two weeks ago, even before that I considerably slowed, mainly because of playing different games. Stay at home scenarios have likely had a big influence on the number of people feeling tired with the game, yeah.
That said reading through this thread highlights exactly how different some players pursuits in this game are. I see some who want”brand new gameplay” (I guess activities and minigames), others that want convenience improvements, and others that want upgrades/expansions on existing functions such as the shop/museum, along with others that want new furniture alternatives etc..
I kind of wish that the game had been given more time prior to release so a few of these features would have been in on day one (and so that every update did not feel like enjoying catch-up to New Leaf). It is not like that is a poor entrance, but in taking a look at the sheer number of things in New Leaf by contrast it can be a tough pill to swallow.Yeah I only play it bit by bit, I don’t know how my gf plays it as long as she does, but I’m just happy she is gambling, I play it a bit on the job, collect some shit sell it see the shops if there’s any clothes and I’m pretty much done for the day.
I’d get burnt out, particularly once I ended terraforming my island how I desired it, made areas, placed buildings within their respective spots. I could always enhance and add things, but I’m sick of my island. One day after summer began, I just discovered that I wasn’t playing anymore.
To start a brand new one is too daunting, knowing that I must spend precisely the exact same time to get there. The issue is also that individuals spent lots of their time on a single game instead of other games or hobbies. Especially those who hit the countless after a month or two two.I just can’t for the life of me pick it up again after 400 hours played since launching lol
